ON OUR WEEKLY TIMETABLE YOU WILL FIND A VARIETY OF YOGA OFFERINGS TO ASSIST YOU IN SUPPORTING YOUR DAILY, WEEKLY & MONTHLY CYCLES THROUGH LIFE.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

The easiest class on the physical body of all our Yoga offerings, supported by a range of yoga props. The teacher will nurture your mind to find a sense of ease as your body is at rest in postures designed to aid the body through recovery.

YIN YOGA

Similar but slightly different to restorative yoga. Once again supported by many props the body finds rest during longer held postures, with Yin Yoga the mind is challenged to focus & build mental strength & clarity through meditation.

GENTLE YOGA

A soft approach to moving the body both fluidly & in rest. 

We have a broad range of teachers sharing gentle yoga, you will gain more insight & understanding of yoga by enjoying each class as they are unique to the teachers approach.

YOGA

A class with heat. We all have an internal flame that drives the soul, your spark of life that offers energy, good digestion and connection to spirit.

In these classes we will ignite this flame and continue to grow your flexibility combined with strength for a full body, mind & recharged soul.

YIN / YANG YOGA

A beautiful combination class of both yoga, often more dynamic & heated, & our Yin Yoga practices.

STRENGTH YOGA

Because yoga is so much more then just touching your toes.

Although much more physically demanding we do encourage all students without injury to attend & enjoy this class. Even if it will be your very first class this offering is still suitable for you.

In strength classes we break down simple yoga movements into challenging exercises that will grow your physical ability to perform our regular yoga postures & transitions between postures.

'Yoga Chitta Vritti Nirodhah'

- YOGA IS THE CALMING OF THE FLUCTUATIONS OF THE MIND

This 2nd verse from 1700 year old Yoga Sutras by Sri Patanjali sums up quite well the overall intent of our practices.

- We work on balancing the breath, where all healing begins.

- We work on the body, growing more flexibility & strength.

- We work on the mind encouraging more focus & determination.

When all these three workings come together you will most certainly experience a greater sense of connection to all things, yourself and the world around you.

Simply put, if done right, the world seems brighter post yoga class. Energy moves freely through your body, digestion is smoother & all relationships are more harmonious.

BEGINNER  YOGA

Our most encouraged way for you to begin yoga classes with Expansion. Often run every month this course provides you with a breakdown on all the things you will need to know about our regular yoga classes.

ADVANCED YOGA

In this 5 week course we offer you just that, we breakdown a big range yoga philosophy, sciences, healing practices & show you how to integrate these into your regular classes.

For anyone looking to take the leap into becoming a yoga teacher, this is a great introductory course before beginning the next steps of your journey.

EVERYTHING UPSIDE DOWN

The most fun we had as kids was playing, whether it be on the playground, at home or or the trampoline everything was so much more exciting when we were upside down or twisting inside out.

This course explores some common but often very challenging hand balancing postures & the safety points needed for you to practice at home.

We have the most fun possible while enduring all round balance & strength challenges.
