STRETCH & RECOVERY
The most gentle of our pilates based offerings. This class aims to nurture you back to your best physical shape by including many modern stretches, gentle core exercises & healing techniques.
- If a beginner we strongly recommend attending this class first before venturing to our other pilates styles.
A general mat based pilates class. On each given day the teacher will take you through a unique class plan offering up a range of stretching, exercises and sometimes use of props to get you into your best physical shape in a safe and supported manner.
FOAM ROLLER PILATES
Utilising one of the most favourable pilates props, this foam roller based class offers an approach to cater to people wanting extra support whilst growing core strength. Deep massage releases occur in the spine during this class as well as a resetting of your postural alignment.
A class to really challenge your strength, building heat through this faster paced class we recommend you are mentally prepared for a fun, upbeat workout style class.
PILATES WITH PROPS
Not a class on our timetable, but this is a regular occurrence where one of the pilates teachers will add in the use of the many props for a playful and unique strengthening experience.

LOVE YOUR HIPS
Living in a world of luxury & accessibility we often find ourselves sitting way to often. This & possibly a lack of other supportive maintenance leads our bodies very complex hip joint to fall out of whack. Being located as a central part of our physical structure, out of whack hips leads to some major discomfort & potential injuries down the track.
This specialty class will teach you how to listen to your body, understand when your hips need some more love & provide you with simple exercises to put this love back into your hips.
