We have 2 weekly classes for you to bust out a sweat, smile & groove to some upbeat music.
There is always plenty of space around, you will be led through some easy to follow dance sequences set to each song.
Classes often finish with a little Pilates work at the end of each class so be prepared for the full body toning experience on this playful class style.
A light and playful offering encouraging you to feel the freedom of movement and connection with your inner energies.
In this class you will explore the inner workings of your mind and be encouraged to have these flow through your body in creative motion.
Dance embodies one of our most primal relationships to the universe. It is a form of expression that brings people together, allows them to be creative in new ways, and is a fantastic way to escape the stresses and cares of everyday life.
As an exercise, dance involves a greater range of motion, coordination, strength and endurance than most other physical activities.
Dancing utilises the entire body and is an excellent form of exercise for total body fitness.
